I lead brand, product, and design teams that bridge these two worlds, creating experiences that drive meaningful results while putting people first. As Senior UX Research + Design Lead at O3, I partner with enterprise organizations to create cohesive customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints.

My leadership style blends strategic vision with hands-on practicality. Over 15+ years, I've built design teams from the ground up, transformed brands, and turned inefficient processes into streamlined operations (including reducing agency costs from $6M to under $900K).

I'm at my best when organizations are struggling with disconnected experiences or teams working in silos. I bring diverse perspectives together to translate complex business requirements into solutions that feel elegantly simple to users.

Beyond O3, I'm passionate about giving back to the design community through teaching at ArtCenter, serving as AIGA Philadelphia President Emeritus, and mentoring through ADPList. I'm particularly excited about how AI is reshaping experience design and the opportunities it creates.
