I believe that great teams are the engine behind great experiences. Across my career, I’ve built multidisciplinary teams from the ground up, scaled organizations, and cultivated cultures that connect human-centered design to business strategy.

    As a member of O3’s senior leadership team, I oversee the UX research and design practice, scaling a multidisciplinary team to drive experience transformation for enterprise clients across technology, healthcare, and fintech industries. I also built strategic partnerships with Figma and Miro to alpha test new product features, integrating continuous innovation and real-time feedback into our design operations.

    FS Investments

    At FS, I built the in-house design and content department from the ground up, scaling a multidisciplinary team to support brand, digital product, and marketing initiatives. Led cross-functional product and brand strategy, serving as product owner for key digital platforms and driving greater advisor and client engagement.

    I established SIG’s first in-house creative studio, leading a comprehensive brand transformation across trading, sales, private equity, and corporate divisions. Directed the redesign of key digital platforms, including the corporate website and internal communications systems, strengthening employee engagement across a global, technology-driven organization.

    Macquarie

    Built and scaled the first in-house design team at Macquarie, delivering $1M+ in annual cost savings while standardizing brand strategy across retail, retirement, and institutional investment channels. Led creative direction for major product launches, including state-sponsored 529 college savings programs.

I teach interaction design at ArtCenter College of Design, preparing students for an AI-native future where design drives strategy, not just executes it. I serve on ArtCenter's faculty council and have developed curriculum for leading design institutions to keep design education relevant to evolving industry needs. View my teaching highlights

As a top 50 global mentor on ADPList, I guide designers through career transitions, portfolio development, and leadership growth. My focus has been to introduce practical frameworks for navigating organizational dynamics + making the leap from execution to strategic leadership.

As president emeritus of AIGA Philadelphia, I launched the organization's annual student scholarship fund and produced two sold-out design conferences. I've served on the design advisory board at Moore College of Art and as a mentor for the UT Austin McCombs post-grad UX program, working to bridge industry practice with academic preparation.
